The
Boris Tchaikovsky International Award
The Boris
Tchaikovsky Award was launched in 2005. This Award has
been given to bright pieces by young composers, as well as the big
artistic achievements by young musicians, choreographers and
researchers in Russia and abroad. There are outstanding Russian
and World musicians in the Artistic Council of the Award, as well
as the composers-pupils of Boris Tchaikovsky. The late outstanding
composer Karen Khachaturian was the member of the Council, and the
late widow of Boris Tchaikovsky, Yanina-Irena
Tchaikovskaya-Moshinskaya.
